Multinational Program Coordinator We are looking for a Multinational Program Coordinator based in Madrid.
Your Team At Allianz Commercial our multinational program coordinators support the business by capturing and processing policy information; from submissions through to billings and collections.
We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and operational effectiveness for our clients.
Based in Madrid, you will be working with our London-based Multinational Team Manager and team members and will provide an efficient administration and processing service to colleagues, Underwriters, Operations, Accounts, Claims and Credit Control.
This is an opportunity to take a step into Corporate Insurance and learn all about multinational insurance programs.
The Impact You Will Have As a Multinational Program Coordinator, you will become a key contributor to ensure our Multinational service delivery is best in class.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about corporate insurance, about driving and developing a customer centric culture at Allianz, and willing to challenge the status quo.
Working in close collaboration with our UK team members, and alongside Spanish colleagues in Madrid, your responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting broker presentations, slips, and underwriting files and accounts.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include.
• Working closely with Multinational team members and underwriters to implement the program by giving or receiving instructions with Allianz Commercial offices around the world, addressing questions and resolving any issues regarding cover and wording • Ensuring all local policies are issued in a timely fashion and that client expectations are met • Accurately and efficiently populating our IT systems • Handling administrative tasks to support the Multinational team in the UK • Managing own workflow to ensure key performance indicators and service standards are met What You'll Bring to the Role We'd like to find someone with a first operational experience in a corporate context, who is keen to learn more about Multinational program placement and who is quickly available for a full-time role in Madrid.
You will bring.
• Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills in fluent business English • A good understanding of Corporate insurance products, wordings, terms and conditions and coverages.
If you have already worked for a team in constant communication with UK-based teams, this will be an advantage • Great time management skills, the ability to adapt to changing priorities and the ability to remain calm under pressure • Data-driven and innovation-minded, you are able to implement new digital ways of working • You work well in a team and have a proactive attitude to relationships and change • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to use AI tools to support day-to-day tasks and improve efficiency | Operations | Professional | Allianz Commercial | Full-Time | Permanent What's in it for you?
