This role enthusiast should possess a unique blend of artistic talent and social savvy, ready to shape and share our vision across various digital landscapes.For this role, we seek an individual with a keen eye for design and the ability to produce compelling visual content. This includes graphics, videos, and interactive media that communicate complex AI concepts in an engaging and understandable way. Proficiency in design software and an understanding of brand consistency are essential.Responsibilities: Conceptualize, design, and animate visually captivating content that aligns with our brand identity and project objectives.We require expertise in producing our own audiovisual material, including video camera recording and photography.Develop storyboards, animations, and visual effects using industry-standard tools, or other animation platforms.Work collaboratively with internal teams and clients to understand their needs and objectives, translating them into innovative visual concepts.Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in motion graphics design, infusing fresh ideas into your work and the company´s goal.Adapt and optimize visual content for diverse platforms and formats, ensuring maximum engagement across social media, websites, presentations, and print media.Conduct thorough testing and adjustments to enhance the quality and visual impact of animations and videos.Manage project timelines effectively, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Produce high-quality videos of employees, including filming, editing, and post-production, to support employee branding and marketing initiatives.Collaborate with team members and colleagues from other areas to understand project and business requirements, conceptualize creative ideas, and deliver compelling visual and written content.Requirements:Bachelor in Communication and Digital Media, Graphic Design, Animation, or related field.Proven experience in graphic design, video production, and photography.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Lightroom).Proficiency in both Spanish and EnglishStrong portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, and photography skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.Strong project management and organizational skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines.A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well in a team environment.Attention to detail and analytical skills.What we offer:Competitive Salary: base salary depending on the profile + Meal tickets + Medical insurance.Global Impact and Growth: Participate in large-scale projects that redefine industries with fast-growing, international clients.Culture: Work autonomously and collaborate with a friendly team in an open-door policy environment, and enjoy team events.We encourage you to apply even if you think you do not meet all the requirements.
