Support the project and the team while achieving their potential growth, setting goals and acting as a guide towards them Guide the team on the use of good practices and remind them on the importance of the quality standards of the code Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage Find opportunities to automate manual processes and creatively add value to the project Help the team on development efforts towards successful and timely project delivery.
Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
Participate and be responsible within the decision-making process Support and advise the team on estimating efforts and tasks Maintain a problem-solving attitude Promote the use of new tools and supervise their proper use
