Accountabilities Implement best practices for cloud-based DevOps on AWS, including provisioning, monitoring, and scaling resources.
Develop and maintain ML pipelines.
Work with data scientists to build, automate, and optimize ML workflows using tools such as Kubernetes and Kubeflow.
Ensure end-to-end reproducibility and traceability of models, from data ingestion to deployment.
Collaborate with the Cloud & DevOps team to integrate CI/CD pipelines for seamless model versioning and deployment.
Develop dashboards and alerts to monitor model performance and proactively address issues in production.
Leverage GitHub Enterprise for code management, pull requests, and collaboration.
Utilize JIRA/Confluence to document processes, share insights, and coordinate tasks across cross-functional teams.
Partner with scientists and researchers to understand data requirements, domain-specific constraints, and regulatory considerations.
Contribute to solutions that enhance data quality, ensure compliance, and accelerate research workflows in a regulated environment (e.
., GxP).
Stay current with industry trends in MLOps, DevOps, and ML frameworks.
Identify opportunities for tooling, automation, and process improvements that increase reliability and reduce time-to-market for ML solutions.
Essential Skills/Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or data engineering, and exposure to ML pipelines and operations.
Technical Skills   Proficient in Python for scripting and data manipulation.
Experience with AWS services (Bedrock, EC2, S3, Lambda, EKS, etc.).
Familiarity with infrastructure as code technologies such as Terraform and/or CloudFormation Templates.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.
Knowledge of Git-based version control systems (e.
., GitHub Enterprise).
Experience with container orchestration (e.
., Kubernetes, Kubeflow) is strongly preferred.
Soft Skills   Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile, fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
Desirable Skills/Experience Basic R knowledge for statistical computing and data visualization is a plus.
Experience or interest in biomedical research is a plus.
