Requirements.
Bachelor's degree in BA, Economics or similar.
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Power Point...) Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar position.
Strategic vision, client orientation, teamwork, result orientation, initiative, organisation & strong analytical skills.
Fluent in Spanish and English is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities.
Collection Planning Define, in coordination with the Product Director, President and the involved Areas/Departments, the proper structure and quantities (SKU's) for each collection within the Big Woman product categories, for the different fashion lines, moodboards, designers or drops, among others.
Analyse historical sales evolution, forecasts, and established goals for the current season, in order to ensure profitability and sales for the product categories under his/her responsibility.
Pricing strategies Define pricing strategies for the assigned product categories, following them up and preparing the required information and reportings, as needed.
Detect improvement areas and suggest corrective actions to maintain product margins as required.
Monitoring and reporting Consolidate information from the product categories under his/her responsibility, follow up of the designing process with Family MGRS, analyse sales and other relevant KPI's and prepare reports as required in order to ensure alignment with global margins, structure and price coherence.
Coordination with other Areas/Departments Coordinate with other Areas/Departments for the proper performance of his/her functions.
