Working within the UK Consumer Merchandising Team, this role is responsible for delivering and validating pricing and portfolio changes across the digital estate for Vodafone UK.
The Experienced Digital Merchandiser oversees pricing, promotions and new devices on https://www.
odafone.
o.
k/ and makes sure data on the website is up-to-date and accurate by working closely with multiple stakeholders.
In addition, this role will proactively identify and drive on-site changes to improve conversion to meet commercial objectives.
What you'll do.
Creates briefs for portfolio (i.
.
handset launch), promotion and price changes as well as for campaigns in digital consumer and business segments.
Acts as a project coordinator for work requests and communicates with a wide range of teams, including Go To Market, Commercial or Supply Chain.
Reports errors and creates relevant documentation.
Coordinates new device launches and acts as a key point of contact for sign-off at launch.
Proactively identifies on-page site improvements to increase quality and drive conversion of digital sales.
What you'll bring to the team.
3+ years in an e-commerce or digital merchandising role.
Strong command of English - both written and verbal.
Organisation and time management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise workload and work under tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to influence stakeholders.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Project management experience.
