Job purpose The Mechanical Engineering Internship is designed to offer a technically focused, hands-on learning experience within the development of eDrive systems.
The intern will be exposed to the complete mechanical development process, with a strong emphasis on practical engineering tasks and design fundamentals.
Key responsibilities Assist in creating and updating detailed 3D CAD models and mechanical drawings of eDrive components with Siemens NX Support tolerance analysis and ensure design compliance with manufacturing and assembly requirements Document engineering findings, update technical reports, and assist in preparing presentations Preparation in design reviews and inspections of mechanical parts and assemblies.
Assist in preparing and conducting mechanical testing, including data collection and initial analysis Help investigate component issues and support root cause analysis activities Follow engineering processes and quality standards throughout assigned tasks What we are looking for Student of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field Availability of minimum 2,5-3 days per a week Very good written and spoken English is required Willingness to learn new tools and processes Self-directed / self-motivated personality Preferred Requirements Experience or training in Teamcenter PLM software or equivalent experience Experience or training in Siemens NX 3D/2D software Having programming skills will be beneficial Good written and verbal communication skills MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint) JIRA / Confluence familiarity will be an advantage What we believe.
