DePuy Synthes BeLux is looking for a Product / Marketing Manager that will support the product management & marketing activities for our Trauma, Extremities, CMF & Animal Health trauma (TECA) portfolio of products.
Summary of the role The marketing team is the architect and coordinator of the overall strategy for DePuy Synthes in BeLux to drive market expansion and share gain towards incremental profitable growth.
After setting the strategy, we support sales managers and sales teams in the implementation and execution of this strategy in line with business planning and targeting.
We closely interact within the team and with the Sales Teams, Sales Managers, EMEA Marketing teams and many other internal partners (Supply Chain, Education Solutions & Strategic Capabilities teams).
The different Program / Marketing Managers report into the DePuy Synthes Marketing Lead and proudly serve as ambassadors of the biggest healthcare company in the world bringing innovative products and solutions of outstanding quality! Main tasks Understand the market, including market trends, market size and growth, competitive landscape and customer needs Build solid understanding of the TECA product portfolio and support sales teams where needed, including training of sales teams, understanding of clinical evidence and differentiation factors vs.
competition Build a strong relationship with the EMEA Marketing team Define the BeLux strategy for your portfolio based on market insights and the EMEA marketing plans Manage the Trauma, Extremities & CMF product portfolio for BeLux, working towards the ideal product portfolio as set by the EMEA marketing team Prepare new product launches, including market access (notification & reimbursement files), price setting, training of sales teams and definition of sets relevant for the BeLux market Organize educational events for orthopedic residents and surgeons together with the Education Solutions team Build meaningful relations with KOLs in BeLux Closely collaborate with the supply chain team regarding optimization of loan sets, alternatives in case of back-orders, stock optimization, etc.
Qualifications At least 3 years of validated experience in marketing and/or sales, preferably in the medical device industry Strategic problem solver and strong operational capabilities at the same time, driven by results & excellence in the job Ability to connect and effectively collaborate across a diverse group of business partners Motivation, positive attitude and willingness to move the needle and make things happen in an exciting environment characterized by uncertain / ambiguous circumstances Ability to handle many different priorities and projects, while remaining responsive and flexible regarding requests coming in daily Ability to build respect and trust with customers Strong influencing and communication skills High proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel and Power Point Fluent in English and Dutch or French Preferred.
Master’s degree or equivalent experience Knowledge of DePuy Synthes Trauma, Extremities & CMF portfolio Basic skills in Dutch and French If you are interested in the position and match the above criteria, inform your manager upfront and apply online.
