As a Content Marketing & Translations Specialist you’ll be responsible for developing the yearly content plan and calendar to create engagement with installers (including New Product Introductions), as well as for coordinating the timely translation and localization of all content, taking local requirements into account.

What you’ll do LumXpert ·        Develop the yearly content plan and calendar to create engagement with installers and drive traffic to the LumXpert platform (app and web) ·        Create locally relevant, informative, and appealing content including thought leadership, product and application content; this includes application guides, infographics, blogs, video tutorials, content for newsletters, website content, and social posts that can be used across all channels ·        Update existing content to reflect new product introductions, range extensions and phase outs ·        Publish the content in AEM (web and app) ·        Work closely with SEO experts to ensure all content is informed by keyword research (ratifying choice of themes, using volume data to prioritize development & publication schedule, etc) ·        Work with the Lighting Academy to define relevant trainings, bite-size learning content, webinars and podcasts ·        Coordinate timely translation and localization of all content, taking local requirements into account – working with the DMS & Translations manager in the central marketing team (for AEM and hard coded app content) as well as with external agencies directly (for rich marketing content) ·        Perform a regular content audit to map the various contents available across the global and local marketing teams ·        Source and use data-driven insights to develop, then refine, the content strategy ·        Collaborate with the marketing analyst to understand historical content performance, to feed into optimization.
Trade ·        Develop relevant, informative, appealing and on-time campaign and New Product Introduction marketing toolkits for trade luminaires and lamps that drive awareness and interest among the defined B2B target audiences, based on customer insights and understanding of the Customer Decision Journey ·        Keep an up-to-date overview of New Product Introductions and ensure content is delivered according to the agreed Marketing Introduction Planning, managing the process from product introduction briefing intake to translation into Marcom briefing, asset production, deployment and publication ·        Perform a regular content quality audit to understand performance and create content optimization plans ·        Work closely with the Offer management team, Product managers, Digital Partnership manager and key markets to ensure relevant messaging, channels, formats and execution ·        Work closely with SEO experts to ensure all content is informed by keyword research (using volume data) ·        Work with the Lighting Academy to integrate customer learning as a key element of the NPI toolkit and help define relevant trainings, bite-size learning content, webinars and podcasts ·        Work with DMS to publish the developed assets on the global websites ·        Work with the PR & Social media manager to input relevant content into the PR & Social media media channels ·        Work with the CRM manager to input relevant content into the CRM calendar ·        Work with the Influencer manager to identify potential added value collaborations on how-to videos or endorsements.
Your qualifications Technical Bachelor degree in Marketing or Marketing Communications 3-5 years experience in content management, marketing and production Proven experience in the electrical industry and lighting   Behavioral Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, flexible and hands-on.
Creative mindset with an interest in data Natural drive for customer understanding and satisfaction Likes to build relationships with cross-functional teams, good networker Nature of testing new methodologies and creative in finding ways to communicate Always looking for opportunities to improve quality, speed and cost effectiveness Sensitive to cultural differences Experience in working with content management systems such as AEM Understanding of personas, building relevant messaging and customer decision journeys for b2b Demonstrated experience in project management in a complex matrix environment (product management, regional marketing, central marketing, IT) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluency in English is a must Innate ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, deliver on time and quality What you’ll get in return… We’re offering multiple opportunities for career development, like mentoring, coaching and stretch assignments, with strong international exposure for dynamic profiles.
