MARKETING CONTENT MANAGER

Retail Rocket is seeking an ambitious and dynamic Content Marketing Lead to join our team.Role Overview:As the Content Marketing Lead, you will be at the forefront of our content strategy, driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will oversee all content across our website and digital channels, ensuring it aligns with our business objectives and enhances the customer journey. Reporting directly to our Chief Marketing Officer in Barcelona, you will play a critical role in elevating our brand's online presence and achieving our business goals in a highly international environment.Your Key Responsibilities:Define product positioning and features value definition, in cooperation with product marketing and product teamsEstablish Tone of Voice: Work closely with the design team to develop and maintain a consistent branding and visual tone of voiceDevelop Content Strategy: Create a comprehensive content strategy, including key projects, content formats, and distribution channels to achieve business objectives and build brand love.Measure Content Performance: Define key metrics and develop analytics and reporting frameworks to track content performanceWork with external service providers and content creatorsCollaborate with marketing and communication teams to optimize content promotion through various channelsCreate content roadmaps and plans. Make sure that the team is aligned with the roadmapOversee the planning, creation, and execution of diverse content types, including articles, blogs, videos, infographics, and moreBuild processes within outer teams (product, design, analytics) to build content function in organizationExplore and integrate new technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance content creation, distribution, and performance tracking.
