ALSO Spain looks forward to working with you as aMarketing SpecialistPermanent Contract – based in MadridJoin ALSO Spain and join an international, proactive, and dynamic work environment in an ever-innovative industry!As a marketeer at ALSO, you will be attached to the Marketing Manager of Spain. You will be responsible for creating, executing, and evaluating all B2B marketing activities (including events, campaigns and PR), in coordination with your vendors.You will focus on digital marketing, planning and implementing marketing campaigns for our vendors, ensuring maximum reach and return on investment of Marketing Development Funds (MDFs), working closely with our sales team and account managers.Your main tasks:Develop and execute marketing plans for each vendor in Spain, including on-site and online activities, such as: workshops, events (vendor’s ones or their partner’s), webinars, road shows, advertising campaigns, promotions, and field congresses, etc.Report on results both internally and to relevant stakeholders of the marketing and channel team of supplier organizations (ROI).Work closely with international specialists to identify key POCs to be included in marketing plans and marketing activities.Be very proactive and solution-oriented in the implementation and improvement of sales strategies using vendors marketing programs to achieve quarterly targets, maximizing vendors’ MDF funds.implement marketing actions on time, qualitatively, strategically and with cost control. Integrating HQ’s european campaigns into the local communication of ALSO Spain, in collaboration with cross-coutries marketing teams.Having understood the market, our vendors’ business objectives, and the impact of current marketing campaigns, you will develop new go-to-market strategies each H or quarter.You will collaborate closely with product and business managers, key vendors, external agencies and freelancers.Your profile:Higher education (university degree or business school) in marketing/digital communicationConfirmed experience (3 to 5 years) in partner management, ideally in the tech industryAnalytical, organizational skills, business oriented and a strong ability to deal with the unexpected (priority management and time optimization)Planning, executing, and achieving objectives within tight deadlines is what you excel inExperienced as a negotiator, with the ability to quickly come up with creative/workaround solutions and strong PR skills.Proactiveness, open mind, creativity, curiosity, energizing personality and team spiritStrong knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Marketo (is a plus), Adobe and other designer tools (canva, etc).Ability to adapt to a fast-changing and international work environment.Required good oral and written English.Join ALSO and let’s grow together!
