You'll author business requirement documents that blend market insights with innovative specs and compelling seller narratives—all to fuel lean and agile development.Your Role:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic MS Product Marketing & Monetization Specialist to join our team, responsible for driving the success of our Microsoft (MS) product initiatives across various channels and stakeholders.Key responsibilities:1.MS Product Marketing & Tailored Pitch DevelopmentCreate compelling marketing materials and tailored pitches for MS products, ensuring effective communication of their value proposition to target audiences.Oversee seller communications related to MS offerings, keeping them informed and engaged with the latest updates and opportunities.Facilitate MS knowledge enhancement within internal teams through targeted training sessions and ongoing support for MS tools, while monitoring market trends and product evolution.2.Onsite Asset Monetization & CollaborationStandardize and lead the monetization strategy for onsite assets in close coordination with platform campaign and branding event teams.Ensure seamless integration of MS products into these initiatives, maximizing revenue potential and brand impact.3.MS Seller Incentive Planning & ExecutionManage the entire lifecycle of seller incentive programs, from strategic planning to execution and continuous evolution, aimed at stimulating MS adoption and sales performance.4.Cross-functional MS Adoption & ActivationCollaborate with Business Units (BU) and Segment teams, as well as other functional areas, to drive widespread MS adoption and activation across the organization.Qualifications:To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:1.Professional ExperienceMinimum 4 years of work experience in a multinational company, preferably with a focus on e-commerce or retail business.Relevant experience in Spain is highly valued.2.Product & Operational ExpertiseStrong background in Ads products and operations, demonstrating a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape.Seller operations experience, demonstrating ability to navigate complex ecosystems and drive results through partnerships and incentives.3.Language ProficiencyFluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.Mandarin fluency is considered an advantageous asset, enabling effective communication with additional stakeholders.By combining your expertise in product marketing, monetization strategies, and cross-functional collaboration, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our MS product portfolio.
