Job Description.
As a Marketing Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing marketing transactions within our Marketing Team, ensuring adherence to TD SYNNEX’s policies.
You will provide essential support to team members by overseeing finance processes and ensuring financial compliance of marketing plans.
Responsibilities.
Provide support to Marketing Managers to ensure financial compliance of marketing plans.
Manage multiple projects within designated timelines.
Communicate project progress effectively with the Marcomms team.
Process vendor claims via vendor claim portals.
Create purchase orders for non-job bag related activities.
Investigate specific financial transactions and handle associated queries.
Verify cost and revenue postings in SAP.
Communicate process updates across the marcoms team.
Liaise with the marcoms finance team in Barcelona.
Requirements.
Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking and pressured environment.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Capability to evaluate and make recommendations to enhance campaigns, service offerings, and processes.
Open and direct communication style.
Proficient in managing suppliers and internal customers.
High degree of numeracy and initiative.
Experience in IT distribution environment, Marketing Agency, or similar is advantageous.
Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Languages required.
English (high level) and any other EU language a high plus How to Apply.
