We are part of a highly ambitious and global project, collaborating across multiple sites and stages.
Your main tasks Drive generation, implementation, qualification and optimization of fabrication processes for the fabrication of complex polymer consumables from prototype through high volume manufacturing with expertise and confidence of DFM.
Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes for new medical device products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure DFM principles are applied.
Execute V&V protocols and prepare reports under ISO .
Conduct PFMEAs and risk assessments for new processes.
Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and related documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams in an agile, startup-like environment.
Help build and stabilize processes as part of a growing unit.
Your ideal background Bachelor’s in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
3+ years in process development/manufacturing (Life Sciences or regulated industries preferred).
ISO cleanroom experience (preferred).
Experience scaling processes from R&D to manufacturing.
Experience in one or more of the following processes is desirable.
DRIE on silicon; Wet etching (silicon and glass); Sputtering and evaporation; Soft-lithography; Metrology; Photolithography for mold generation; Electroplating for nickel shims; Machining (e.
., CNC, micro-milling, laser welding); Injection molding.
Proficiency in MS Office and 2D/3D CAD design tools.
Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
