Skilled ServiceNow Developer (Minimum 7 years of experience) to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of our ServiceNow Customer Portal and ITSM solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, customization, and integration.
Roles and Responsibilities.
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
Design and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
Maintain and enhance the ServiceNow Customer Portal and ITSM modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Manage incidents/problems as level two and level three support.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience.
ServiceNow Development.
Proficiency in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications.
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Service Request).
Knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Portal development and customization.
