Forward planning, engagement with wider project & programs creation of presentations Planning, meeting preparation, meeting documentation, meeting chairing, risk identification, exception handling Problem ownership, escalation management, problem solving ability, coaching, trainings, briefing to supporting teams for planning support.
responsible for handling the application & DevOps team to make them deliver the services on time and will manage both IT operations and developers.
responsible to manage release Management lifecycle that involves stages such as scheduling the release, coordinating between teams, and deployment of release as per the schedule.
release management tools such as remedy, JIRA, SharePoint to manage the revenue for the release.
Ability to perform the root cause analysis on defects reaching to production & drive the process improvement.
