Job Responsibility Applies technical SAP MM/EWM  and specified SCM tool related skills to resolve issues (e.
.
arising from testing, or related to a migration project, or related to BAU operations).
Highlight the Common Issues and its proper resolutions Preparation of Training Document and share with Warehouse Users and strict Process adherence.
Preparation of various MIS reports and then Monitoring for timely execution of Transactions Trouble shoot the transactional issue via screen sharing.
Educate transformation issues and reduced the repeated issues.
Maintain the reporting of issues and classify as per NSS for further analysis and planning.
Weekly NSS status report to share with NSS Lead.
Coordinate with the Vodafone SAP Technical Team for L2 incidents.
Follow up on incidents assigned to Technical team till closure.
