MANAGER SYSTEM & PROCESS TRAINING – FREIGHT FORWARDING EUROPE (M/F/D)

The primary purpose of this Function is to support Freight Forwarding Products in their effort to build up capability as well as drive continuous improvement efforts through efficient & effective system usage. Moreover, the role is the key interface between Business (Products, Operations, Air, Ocean & Road) as well as IT when it comes to system related topics and acts as interface to the IT and development teams to ensure the pathway to digitalization is managed efficiently and effectively.Responibilities:Key Interface between Product (AF, OF, RF) and IT in regards to our Operating system and related enhancements / user requirementsHelp IT define the necessary workflow and systems requirements definition (e.g. localization needs)Coordinate Super & End User TrainingEnsure optimal system usage and thereby deliver high efficiency and service qualityEnsure efficient support to all operations staff for the respective applicationsGive input for optimization potential (system enhancements) to Product Directors and Head of Freight ForwardingCollaborate with and/or support other roles within the OPSX organization with the objective to improve productivity and enhance service qualitySkills and Experiences:Minimum 7 years’ management experience within Freight Forwarding Industry, preferably with a strong focus on business process optimizationExcellent knowledge of all used IT systems / applications as well as of business processesSolid experience in process engineering, continuous improvement methodologies & performance management Strong operator with profound understanding of operating systemsTraining and presentation experience, social & communication skillsSolid understanding of operational metrics and KPI’sCompensation DP World offers exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization.
