Keep reading!As Manager of Security Engineering at TTTech Auto you will report to the Director Safety & Security Engineering, pursue our security strategy, define targets, and supervise the execution of security in product development and in customer projects and drive forward a pro-active security management and security excellence in TTTech Auto. With your leading and supporting abilities you will contribute to build a safe & secure product and enable the customer projects to successfully serve their customers’ needs. Additionally, you build up a team of security experts, that way broadening our security competence, as well as building synergies between our international locations.Your tasks:Define goals, organization & strategy for security.Drive and ensure security management in Product Development and Customer Programs – enabling successful releases.Pro-active management, identifying risks and opportunities and implementing appropriate measures.Involvement in strategic design decisions for the enhancement of our safe and secure product.Keep the organization’s security knowledge up to date.Contribute to innovations and process improvements.Identify, define, align and roll-out new procedures in the context of cybersecurity.Organize internal and external assessments.Contribute to internal release approvals.Lead and develop the Security Engineering team.Your profile:Completed technical studies, with software focus or a comparable qualification is a plus.Several years of experience and profound knowledge of cybersecurity in the context of embedded software development – ideally in technical and in managerial roles Profound knowledge of ISO 21434 or similar cybersecurity standards, knowledge of functional safety standards is a plus.Experience in modern software development methods/organizations (CX, SAFe) is a plus.Profound knowledge of automotive standard solutions in cybersecurity.Ability to identify risks and take well-balanced measures in a coordinated manner.Communicative personality who appreciates to work in an international environment.Ability to create a good work atmosphere in an inspiring, visionary, and motivating way.Passionate about leading diverse Teams across countries and organize work within an international environment.Our offer:Flexible start time between 7 AM and 10 AM📆 25 vacation days🏠 Hybrid work mode (2 office days and 3 remote days per week)🏖️ Possibility of 45 workcation days within the EU.💰 Flexible remuneration, fitness and corporate discounts🎓 Professional development and trainingsWe are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
