MANAGER - JAVA DEV LEAD

What you’ll do - Lead the development team in designing, developing, and implementing Java-based applications.
- Oversee the development and deployment of microservices architecture.
- Ensure adherence to TDD (Test-Driven Development) practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members.
- Act as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring the team follows SAFe Agile practices Who you are Proven experience (8+ years) in Java and Java-related frameworks.
- Strong experience with microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in AWS cloud development.
- Solid understanding of solution design principles and best practices.
- Experience with TDD (Test-Driven Development).
- Familiarity with SAFe Agile framework and Scrum Master responsibilities.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in designing and implementing solutions using Java and Microservices.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.
., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
