Design, implement and operationalize HR policies and processes that may apply to one or multiple countries in Latin America.
Design, implement and operationalize HR processes related to compensation and benefits operations, including managing processes and KPIs with external vendors.
Coordinate HR processes to deliver the best employee experience in all employee life cycle guaranteeing  process interfaces with internal areas such as IT, Total Rewards, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, HRBPs and managers to ensure HR processes are conducted smoothly; Design and deploy HR Shared Services strategy and execution with global and local stakeholders Identify opportunities to simplify, automatize and scale process to all HR Subsystem Manage highly confidential employee information, observing data privacy policies and applicable legislation at country and global levels.
New Hire Onboarding and Orientation.
Design and execute onboarding programs and calendar for new hires in Latin America.
Represent HR on internal and external audits as required; Responsible for the internal Policies repository, procedures, and FAQs on Employee Portal Provide professional HR support to international assignments, coordination of assignment in/out process, execution of country/company relevant policies and regulations.
Support on HR budget management, cost analysis, HR Vendors negotiations and management Liaise with internal and external legal bodies for advice and clarification, to ensure all employee programs are meeting legal requirements KPIs, Data analytics,  People Analytics   Design, Improve and delivery HR processes and KPIs, according to regulatory requirements and formal processes; Manage employee database updated on HRIS, aligned with payroll and employees.
Manage and prepare reports on employee databases, trends, and other relevant KPIs.
Create KPIs dashboards and deck presentations with HR-relevant data.
Structure, implement, Analyse and manage new projects with people Analytics interface In this role, you will need...
From 6 to 10 years of experience working in HR Operations, HR generalist, or specialist roles.
Highly Organized, Task-oriented; Results oriented Good problem-solving skills Expertise with HR systems such as Workday.
Expertise with process design.
Good communication skills Expertise with People Analytics Expertise with Shared Services deployment is a differential.
Education Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related courses.
