Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting a new position in Joint Recon / PT The role of the Continuity Planning (CP) team is to ensure that the Joints / PT Supply Chains safely navigates major changes driven either by external factors (such as MDR) or internal programs.
The use of product multi-variants is central to these strategies and the CP team provides leadership & SME expertise in this regard.
The purpose of this role is to provide a systems-thinking approach to develop and execute strategies to manage these changes.
Role:                                 Manager, Continuity Planning Key Responsibilities.
Continuity Planning Provide leadership as needed to impact assess events (e.
., Skyline/ KSA UDI etc.), and identify solutions to avoid supply/service disruptions.
For MDR execution, collaborate with Regulatory, MAKE Ready teams and E2E functions and lead planning and execution activities as needed.
Where required, lead SC execution activities and collaborate with PLAN Leadership and SC PMO to ensure smooth transitions.
Variant management:- act as an SME with business partners to navigate change and when needed guide the team to trouble shoot variant related issues in the business.
Lead a team of people, building individual development plans, providing performance feedback, and onboarding diverse talent.

Third level qualification is crucial.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience desirable.
Green Belt or Black Belt six-sigma certification desirable.
Experience and Skills.
10+ years of relevant Supply Chain experience required (e.
., Medical Device or pharmaceutical industry).
Experienced people manager and experienced at leading and managing complex changes in a large organization.
Good understanding of product multi variants.
Preferred.
Influencing skills and knowledge of Project Management methodology.
ERP / Planning Systems knowledge.
