hat You’ll Do Keep our aerospace facilities operating at peak performance—think HVAC, electrical, plumbing, safety systems, and more Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules like a pro, avoiding costly downtimes and extending the life of our assets Tackle breakdowns, disruptions, or facility issues fast and hands-on—or coordinate with vendors to solve them like a boss Support upgrades, new installations, and reconfigurations of spaces for our labs, test areas, and R&D workshops Ensure safety, fire prevention, and compliance protocols are airtight and always up-to-date Partner with contractors, negotiate service terms, and keep quality in check Bring fresh ideas to reduce energy costs, optimize facility layouts, and support our sustainability goals Actively collaborate with engineering and production teams to adapt facilities to evolving technical needs
