¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? · Colaborar con el Gerente de Planta asegurando la eficiencia global de los equipos (OEE), optimizando el costo global de mantenimiento de acuerdo con el presupuesto.
· Definir políticas de mantenimiento, herramientas y metodologías de mejora.
· Supervisar el cumplimiento de los costes de mantenimiento presupuestados.
· Mejorar el rendimiento y la calidad de los procesos y productos en relación con los estándares de calidad previstos por la planta.
· Asegurar la realización de las actividades de mantenimiento de acuerdo con la legislación de seguridad / Estrategia de mantenimiento.
· Promover la evolución de la organización de la planta y de los medios (tecnologías) para mejorar el desempeño general de la planta.
¿Qué necesitamos de ti? Diploma o Licenciatura Técnica preferiblemente en Eléctrica o Mecánica, Licenciatura en Ingeniería Mecánica o equivalente.
Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en un puesto similar.
· Idiomas.
Español (avanzado) e Inglés (avanzado).
· Conocimiento de SAP.
· Experiencia en gestión de equipos.
· Muy buenas habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
· Conocimiento del proceso de producción (mezcla y llenado), producto (envasado, semielaborado y terminado).
· Conocimientos en estimación de costes, manejo de inventarios, inventario de equipos y maquinaria.
