MAHLE SMARTBIKE SYSTEMS - NVH ENGINEER

As an NVH Engineer you will plan, define and execute the test campaigns for the validation/verification of the different Ebike projects throughout the project development, until market release.
Especially as an acoustics engineer, it is important to take a closer look measurements such as designs, analysis of parts and the behaviour of noise levels with these parts.
Furthermore, there will be direct contact with the development engineering teams to support in the development activities and troubleshooting/investigations.
Your Contribution   Development, testing and certification of exterior noise emissions.
Creation of an NVH framework for current and future projects.
Support NVH development for product lifecycles.
Continuous evolution of NVH performance.
Assistance in identifying new opportunities, including BOM and process.
Update progress bar.
Development of existing methodologies, guidelines and processes to support design, development and manufacture.
Development of various tracking system and documents for the collection, analysis and presentation of new NVH topics.
Working with an international team.
Your Experience & Qualifications   Degree in Engineering (preferably Acoustics, Industrial, Mechanical or Electronics).
English proficiency level.
2-4 years in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of NVH measurements system methods.
Knowledge in the field of measurement data acquisition/processing (preferably with the measurement system from Müller-BBM and Siemens Scadas is an advantage).
Familiar with psychoacoustics.
Experience in using and creating technical documentation.
Cycling enthusiast.
