We #Perceive #Challenge #Deliver #Inspire Job Description To complete our Customer Experience team, we are currently looking for an Magento / Adobe Commerce developer.
In this position, you will be part of our customer’s D2C eCommerce Product Team, acting as a full stack developer in the squad, you will own backend or frontend developments.
What is this all about?   Provide technical expertise on your scope and solve complex problems.
Develop and maintain custom modules, themes, and extensions Customize and optimize existing functionality and third-party extensions Integrate the ecommerce platform with third-party APIs Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements  and estimate timelines.
Review your peers code to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainability.
Problem Solving.
Act as a technical point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Provide guidance and support to the team in resolving critical production incidents.
Technical Documentation.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design patterns, coding guidelines, and project documentation.
Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to the team.
Risk Management.
Identify and mitigate technical risks that may impact project timelines or quality.
Proactively address technical debt and ensure the team follows security and compliance standards.
Qualifications Who are you?   Minimum qualifications.
Proficient in Adobe Commerce (Magento)  as developer with strong hands-on experience.
Able to face technical complex challenges and provide short, mid and long-term solutions under demand.
Experience working in an eCommerce delivery team.
Experience with Adobe Commerce integration (REST, GraphQL) with third-party systems, such as payment gateways, ERP systems, or CRM systems.
Experience with high volume of orders and users (like Black Friday period).
Performance-oriented professional with knowledge of monitoring tools to identify code and database improvements.
Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, or Varnish for performance optimization.
Familiarity with RabbitMQ/Kafka for asynchronous processing Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
High English level to maintain verbal and written communications.
Experience having worked in a global environment using agile methodologies and with virtual teams.
Our tech stack.
PHP 8.
/ OOP / HTML / CSS / JavaScript / jQuery / MVC architecture.
Nice to have DevOps knowledge is a plus, such as AWS, EKS, Docker, Kubernetes, Karpenter.
Experience with security tools and solutions to ensure e-commerce reliability preventing attacks and malicious activities will be highly valued.
