M&A ADMINISTRATOR

At Robert Walters, we're partnering with an international investment fund looking to grow its team in Barcelona by adding two M&A professionals to specialised on drafting investment memos, who are detail-oriented, analytical, and structured.
This role is not directly part of the investment team but will play a key supporting role in preparing high-quality documentation for investment decisions.
Key responsibilities.
Drafting and structuring investment memorandums.
Working closely with the investment team to gather relevant information for each deal.
Providing administrative and documentation support throughout the investment process.
Updating and maintaining investment memos as the pipeline progresses.
Requirements.
Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or related field.
At least 2 years drafting and structuring investment memorandums Fluency in English International experience.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and structured profile.
