LTA & MRTT MAINTENANCE TRAINING EXPERT

Descripción de puesto.
The jobholder will be accountable for deliver on time, on cost and on quality the LTA & MRTT Training solutions (including course development, CBT and conduct of training) required by Airbus Defence and Space Customers to operate efficiently and safely the LTA & MRTT aircraft.
The Job-Holder will belong to TASTO2 team in all the activities under the scope of LTA & MRTT training.
His/her main accountabilities are.
1) To manage day by day LTA & MRTT Maintenance Training Delivery activities 2) To Support LTA & MRTT Maintenance Training development activities 3) To act as LTA & MRTT Training Expert to Develop Maintenance Training need analysis 4) To manage with LTA & MRTT customer and subcontractor companies, the delivery of the previous services on time, on cost and on the quality expected by ADS, managing, identifying and mitigating the possible risks, issues or events appeard during the service.
5) To coordinate with internal and external CoCs to assure their support if needed for any TASTO2 service.
6) To report to HO TASTO2 on the activities, risks and issues performed under the perimeter of LTA & MRTT training and development services.
7) To support the adderence of TASTO2 and its services to the company new developments and strategic decisions.
8) To manage relationships and reporting to TASL (program services office) as an important and key stakeholder in our final service delivered to LTA & MRTT customers.
9) To support to Business Development areas (TASD, TMAS, TMAST) in the promotion of TASTO2 services/products between customers.
The tasks and main responsibilities will include.
- To assess on the training needs for new and actual customers.
- To facilitate collaboration.
- To maintain products/services quality in TASTO2 services.
- To develop effective presentations.
To generate clear and simple to follow charts, tables and reports to effectively communicate the results to others.
- To document decision and to present the results with confidence adn reasoning behind recommendations.
- To identificate the impact suffered in TASTO2 services due to company new developments and strategic decisions.
- To analize (and report) deviations between offers and contracts.
- To contribute to LTA & MRTT Business Growth.
- To participate in operative meetings with customers to analyse customers´ training needs and operation in order to provide training solutions in accordance with our services.
Requirements.
- Engineering degree (both aeronautical or equivalent).
- Senior Expert in LTA & MRTT Training delivery & development products - Clearly customer and goals oriented (\"to make it fly\").
- Team working skills in multicultural environment.
- Able to work under pressure, showing some flexibilty when required.
- Able to travel to ADS customer facilities.
- Experience in face to face meetings/discussion/negotiations with ADS customers.
- Communication skills in both spanish and english.
- Capacity to innovate and generate new ideas over the actual WoW.
- Skills into managing priorities and product quality oriented.
- Clearly focused in our Ethics and Compliance pillars.
