LOGISTICS TECHNICIAN (M/W/D)

Key responsibilities & functionsEnsure that all Shipment obligations are met and that full client satisfaction is achieved Overall project management and coordination for all project files relating to truck inbound and outbound Develop account relationships with contacts at multiple levels within the customers’ organizations Interface with client when critical issues arise and assess possible solutions Proactively identify and address potential delivery delays or disruptions Master logistics to ensure deliveries reach the right place, at the right time, every time Claims management Taking care of any ad-hoc paperwork Forecasting/demand planings Stock control: monitoring of KPIs, out-of-stock rates and inventory level. Generate delivery notes Technical skillsAdvanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, macros, and other advanced Excel functions), Power Point. Mandatory SAP knowledge. Advanced knowledge of Excel. What other skills do you need?At least 3 years of experience exporting goods globally Languages: Advanced English (daily customers conversations). French and German will be a plus.  Familiarity of export documentation Familiarity with transport regulations Attention to detail to ensure customers shipments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify patterns and trends in data and offer solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as the position requires working with different teams. Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive way of working.
