Support the plants to create the flow director scheme and buid lean logistics improvement actions planResponsibilities:-Define intralogistics automation project in the plants of the Group.-Define technical feasibility and the economical profitability of each project.-Create the requests documents to launch to the suppliers.-Schedule the project with the plant and suppliers and monitor it.-Lead the physical implementation and the SOP of the project.-Guarantee the PDCA chart to reach the objectives of the project.What we are looking for:-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.-Material flow management experience.-AGV project management experience appreciated.-Process project management experience is required.-Exceptional communications skills, Ability to influence, negotiate and resolve conflicts.-High level of English.What can we offer you:-You will be part of a highly engaged multinational with international career opportunities.-We offer you a learning journey adapted to your profile.-You will work on international projects for world- renowned companies in Automotive sector.-You can find an Open Environment to learn new technologies.
