Stories Job Summary As an experienced LLM Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven solutions that leverage large language models to meet business goals.
Your work will directly contribute to the development of innovative applications, enhance scalability, and empower the team’s AI initiatives.
A deep understanding of NLP, machine learning frameworks, and AI ethics will position you as a key contributor to Foundever's AI-first strategy Primary Job Responsibilities AI Model Development Design, fine-tune, and deploy large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI’s GPT, BERT, or custom architectures to deliver advanced natural language processing solutions.
API Integration Build and optimize APIs for seamless integration of AI-driven functionalities into Qelp’s core products, ensuring compatibility and performance.
Collaborative Research Partner with cross-functional teams including UX/UI Designers, Front-End Developers, and Product Managers to align AI capabilities with business needs.
Scalability Optimization Enhance the scalability of AI solutions by creating modular architectures, and efficient model deployment practices.
Data Handling and Preprocessing Develop pipelines for processing large datasets, ensuring data quality and relevance for training and fine-tuning LLMs.
AI Governance Ensure ethical and transparent use of AI by implementing robust bias detection, explainability, and compliance frameworks.
Continuous Innovation Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML, particularly in NLP and LLMs, to incorporate cutting-edge features into Qelp’s products.
Performance Monitoring Implement tools to track the performance and reliability of AI models in production, iterating for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning and AI development, with at least 2 years focused on LLMs or NLP Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers Demonstrated experience in deploying and optimizing LLMs in production environments Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for AI deployments Advanced proficiency in NLP techniques and AI model development Deep knowledge of transformer-based architectures such as GPT, BERT, or T5 Strong skills in API development and microservice-based architecture Familiarity with DevOps tools for AI model deployment (e.
