LISTING AGENT TO ALTEA

Our office in Albir is looking to expand and recruit a new listing agent.
The job includes getting listings (properties) for the office, taking and editing photos and videos, doing floor plans, creating adverts and much more.
It’s the ideal job for a person looking for a fixed income but with the opportunity to earn extra money in commissions on top of that.
We are looking for a driven, competitive and motivated person who lives in our area, Costa Blanca North.
It’s much appreciated if the person is outgoing, has got great energy, is good at building relationships and a team player.
If you have previous knowledge / experience in the real estate industry that is an advantage but not a must.
You need to be fluent in Spanish and English, additional languages are considered a plus.
A driver’s license is a must.
You must be able to work from the office either part-time or full-time (both are options), when not on listing appointments or listing related tasks outside of the office.

Full-time position with a fixed monthly rate, opportunity to earn extra money via commissions, and holidays included.
Training for the position will be provided by us when starting.
Equipment provided at the office in order to do the listings.
Company car provided for listing appointments and job-related meetings when available upon request.
