As Last Mile Legal Counsel you will be responsible for providing legal advice to Amazon fast growing delivery business.
The role requires high judgement, acumen and ability to think out of the box to adjust the legal framework to novel and unprecedented situations and business expansion plans.
ey job responsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for advising on strategic expansion projects in the last mile sector in Spain and other expansion countries, providing guidance for senior executives and other business and legal team members on novel and unprecedented legal and regulatory matters.
The role will also involve drafting and negotiating agreements with key partners through a variety of agreement types, handle complex litigation and regulatory engagement.
day in the lifeYou will be the primary legal counsel for senior leadership in the last mile business including European and Global leadership.
You will closely work with local and international business functions to address their legal needs and challenges.
s member of the EMEA Last Mile legal team you will have the possibility to exchange views and collaborate with international colleagues on a daily basis.
