Job descriptionCompany Description:Small boutique International law firm that specializes in corporate law, subrogation law and personal injury law.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid Stage role for a Legal Administrative Assistant. The Legal Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support to attorney, scheduling appointments, preparing legal documents, conducting research, and organizing case files. The assistant will also be responsible for communicating with clients and handling administrative duties as needed. he will also Manage directly the most complex and high value subrogation cases.Professional legal English and Spanish orally and written are required, an extra language is preferred. Qualifications:Knowledge of law and legal proceduresExperience in Insurance lawExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to provide administrative assistance to attorneysStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasksExperience with case management software is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEducation/Certifications:Requirements:High School Diploma or Equivalent required.Preferred:Associate’s degree or equivalentThis is a Stage role for a training period with great growth opportunities.
