om/ Job Description Are you passionate about making a tangible impact through learning and development? Join our ENA Academy team as the L&D Manager for Iberia, where you’ll lead our Academy activity, drive Accor’s signature Heartist Culture, and cultivate new business opportunities across the region.
What will you do? Manage Academy activities for Iberia, embedding our Heartist Culture in all L&D initiatives.
Bring to life the 3 major Academy pillars.
Leadership and Culture, Operational Excellence, Ethics and Compliance Advise and support Accor hotels (135 properties in Spain and Portugal) and head offices on implementing L&D actions in the region.
Plan and organize innovative trainings, managing a team of external trainers.
Oversee Academy offer, pricing, billing, and ensure training activity is tracked and reported.
Lead the Academy sales strategy; identify, pursue and convert business growth opportunities.
Qualifications Our ideal profile would be.
Proven background in learning & development delivery and design.
Experience in project management and driving L&D initiatives across regions or sectors.
Strong business acumen; ability to translate strategy into actionable growth plans.
Dynamic leadership and coaching skills; team management expertise.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
