Descripción Lead the migration from MongoDB to a relational database, ensuring data integrity and performance.
Design and improve a scalable, modular, and multi-tenant software architecture.
Mentor and support the development team, promoting best practices and technical growth.
Define and enforce standards for testing, CI/CD, API design, and security.
Model complex compliance rules into reusable, maintainable logic.
Leverage AI tools to enhance automation, analysis, and code quality.
Evaluate and introduce new technologies to improve platform performance and scalability.
Translate business requirements into clean, scalable technical solutions.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Extensive experience as a Senior Developer, Tech Lead, or Software Architect.
Proven expertise in database migration, particularly from MongoDB to relational databases.
Strong fullstack skills with TypeScript, React, and Node.

Comfortable with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to mentor and lead a development team effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a strategic, solution-oriented mindset.
Experience working in regulated or compliance-focused environments.
Passion for building scalable, modular, and maintainable software systems.
Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Available for full-time dedication.
