Job Description IFS Copperleaf ’s software helps some of the world’s largest firms make better strategic decisions.

We currently have an opening for a Lead Software Developer in our CX Engineering Hub, a cross-functional team of bright, collaborative, enthusiastic, and supportive individuals dedicated to delivering exceptional value to our clients.
The team works closely with our client-facing implementation consultants to translate our clients’ requirements into custom features.
Outside of just coding it requires someone who is interested in understanding how the software we build affects our clients, so we can create models that reflect realistic scenarios they encounter.
Responsibilities Understand and communicate complex technical issues  Focus on product-centric rather than technology-centric development  Mentor junior team members  Have an eye for detail and it shows in your design, coding and review  Be self-motivated, flexible, pragmatic, and proactive  Be a great team member including teamwork, respect, courtesy and discretion  Work on variety of tasks to help the team deliver as a member of a cross-functional team  Learn the domain and develop models, which capture and enhance industry best practices      Qualifications You are a Software Developer with experience in one or more or the following.
Experience developing sophisticated, web-based applications with C# or a similar object-oriented language, Microsoft.
ET Framework, and relational databases particularly Oracle Experience with web technologies and UIs (ASP.
ET, web services, HTML5, TypeScript, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript) Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is highly recommended Develop both server-side and web UI components Design, implement, test and review software components Understanding the design of large systems and the impact of system changes Experience in Source Code Control and building environment of a large software solution Work with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements Unit test frameworks and automated integration testing Additional Information We believe that coming together as a community, in person, is important for innovation, connection and fostering a sense of belonging.
