YOUR MISSION Our Brand Design team is looking for a Lead Motion Designer to support our global User Acquisition and retention efforts by creating outstanding creatives. This role will be working directly with the brand and digital marketing teams which are keydrivers of growth at Glovo.  The ideal candidate should have exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills and should be highly motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
The person that we are looking for has good knowledge of applying consistent design principles to their projects, excellent project management, and a data-driven mindset.
They should be able to lead a project from beginning to end and be eager to identify tasks to dive into and learn from.
This is an individual contributor role focused on leading projects rather than managing a team.
The Lead Motion Designer will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects and drive them forward.
THE JOURNEY Ensure brand consistency across global operations and manage deadlines effectively.
Analyze customer insights and performance data to steer creative direction Coordinate and innovate global campaigns, staying updated with industry trends.
Create advertising creatives for acquisition channels, serving as templates for regional teams that align with measurable business objectives and requirements.
Manage projects of varying complexity for different internal teams.
Foster scalability in creativity, utilizing automation tools and prioritizing optimization.
Implement data-driven creative processes, translating ideas into various video formats.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for high-quality motion design solutions.
Communicate and present projects’ rationale clearly and fluently with stakeholders.
Inspire other design team members.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE A compelling online portfolio demonstrating relevant design solutions is REQUIRED.  +7 years of proven experience in a high-performance start-up environment.
Bachelor’s degree in design, motion, or equivalent professional experience.
Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
especially Premiere and After Effects.
Other design programs are a plus.
(Smartly, Figma, etc) Expert with social media channels.
(Meta, UAC, TikTok) Excellence in execution.
design ninja with excellent principles of animation & motion.
A keen eye for detail.
Each frame has 24 pictures or more! Comfortable working in high-growth and high-performance start-ups in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude, always willing to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional results.
(nothing is out of their scope) Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Team player with a positive attitude and sense of humor.
Ability to work on tight deadlines and multitask effectively.
Experience working with Agile methodologies is a plus.
