Please take a closer look…Your purpose in the team will be:Customer Relationship Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, establishing connections with key business executives and stakeholders.Client Communication - Respond to client queries promptly and effectively, and facilitate meetings between clients and the tech team.Network Expansion: Actively work towards expanding the network and client pool.Product Knowledge - Achieve fluency in all products and services offered by the company.Product Expert - Capable of answering questions, describing benefits, and discussing the pros and cons of various competing products or services.Business Development - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities among existing customers.Sales Leadership - Lead customers through the sales process, identify their needs, and close the sale effectively.Report and Proposal Writing - Possess the ability to write comprehensive reports and proposals.After-Sales Support - Gather feedback from customers and provide after-sales support as required.About you:To excel in this role, the following qualifications and skills are required:Fluency in Spanish - Native level proficiency required.
