YOUR MISSIONDeployment of lean techniques to all levels of the factory and teaching to the employees to identify, visualize and solve problems with the foundation of TPS.YOUR DAILY JOB● Self development of his/her own leadership skills and training of team leaders, managers and directors● Learning of Lean techniques, tools, methods and attitude (A3, Obeya, Kaizen, 5S)● Gemba preparation● Support and coaching of our team leaders and managers to use lean tools.● Steering the deployment of projects, new and sometimes complex processes (takt time, pull flow, andon for example)● Support Team Leaders and Managers to get and collect data to follow the impact of the initiatives and help with the board preparation● Support/assistance of his directors to "maintain/update" their Obeya, and by raising problems from the field.● Work in the workshop comfortable with the teams of the factory● Available to travelWHAT WE NEED● Industrial Engineer or similar with knowledge in methods and processes● Experience is not required● Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and tools like Kaizen, 5S, Problem Solving and Visual Management● English indispensable minimum C1● Excel, Google SheetWHAT WE OFFEROur main asset is people, therefore, our focus is to make them happy so that they can enjoy benefits both personally and professionally.
