We are looking for a Junior Scrum Master based in our Boadilla del Monte office, with at least 1 year of experience in Scrum, SAFe, process simplification and demand management.

Your role   We are looking for a Junior Scrum Master for the Value Management Office (VMO) in Enterprise Service Management Global Platform (ESM GP), a key team in our technology ecosystem.
This area is responsible for helping people improve the way they work and achieve business objectives effectively, providing support for learning and discovery, seeking synergies and creating a safe environment based on collaboration, trust and agility.
‍ Your main tasks will be.
Strategy Facilitation and Funding.
Ensure that the entire product is aligned and funded to create and maintain the necessary solutions that help us meet the objectives aligned with the strategy.
Support for transformation.
Gather information to be able to support the tribe in communicating and collaborating on new ways of working, as well as training our people to carry them out.
In addition to developing change management and facilitating internal and external communication to the tribe.
Apply Lean Governance.
Detect and homogenize processes, streamline dependency and risk management, and seek synergies and efficiencies between teams.
ART Coordination.
Ensure ART coordination, encouraging operational excellence, measuring to improve delivery and identify bottlenecks in all value streams, to make data-based change decisions.
