What you’ll do Find, engage and assess candidates utilizing different social media platforms, tools, and techniques Craft and monitor recruitment campaigns to ensure for peak efficiency Partner with Hiring Managers, Recruiters, and HRBPs to align on position requirements and act as SME for the talent market map and ensure Choco has healthy talent pipelines for future hiring needs Utilize data to optimize sourcing metrics, draw insights that support the overall Talent Acquisition strategy Partner with Employer Branding to Promote Choco’s brand through various channels What we’re looking for Excellent time-management, prioritization and organizational skills Fluent in Spanish and English You are people oriented and want to learn about talent acquisition processes Strong communication (both verbal and written) You are ready to build a generational company, and you want to solve food-waste About Choco Choco was founded in Berlin in and has since expanded to a team of over 400 committed Chocorians working from Choco offices in the US, France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, the UK, and Spain.
