The project!
As a Junior Merchandiser and Planner, you will support strategy development through data analysis, assist in collection preparation, and ensure brand and budget alignment. You'll help finalize collections and create sales materials. Collaboration with Product and Sales teams is key throughout.
What will the role entail?
• Collection Strategy development: During this stage you will be requested to assist Product merchandising with benchmarks & data analisis.
• Collection strategy presentation: You will help to prepare the presentations and documents for different sign offs.
• Collection development: In cooperation with the Product team, product merchandisers follow the development of the collection and verify that budget is achieved, having always in mind the brand identity. As part of the team, you will contribute in preparing feedback.
• Collection presentation: At this stage, you will work with samples in hand before launching the collection and contribute to close the collection before the sales; period (product academy videos, retail prices sign off, collection structure, etc.).
• Collection selling: Working with the Sales team, you will help product merchandisers to analyze and validate last minute collection needs.

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
• 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role
• Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, or similar. A subsequent master's degree in Fashion is a big plus
• Languages: Advanced proficiency (min. C1) in English and Spanish is required; any other languages are a big plus
• IT SKILLS: Advanced Excel knowledge. Good use of other MS Office tools such as Power Point and Word
