E ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for an Investment Analyst to join our team in Spain, consisted of 24 people who cover Development, Investment, Asset Management, Construction or Finance, with a strong ambition to enhance growth in the Spanish market.
OME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU Source, underwrite and assess potential logistic real estate acquisitions and development opportunity in Spain Build relationships with sales brokers and potential BTS (built to suit) prospects Assess comparable reports, property value(s), and market conditions through research, outreach, data, site tours and gathering relevant market intelligence Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, cash flow models, due diligence documents, internal investment memos Deal with complex transactions (technical, legal, tax) and coordinate colleagues, service providers Manage the internal approval process and prepare Investment Committee Memos (HUMs and ICMs) Participate in due diligence processes with P3 internal teams and external consultants to achieve successfully end to end all projects Coordinate and liaise with P3 teams from other countries WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE University degree focused on Economics/Finance/Business 2-3 years of experience in related field and basic Real Estate concept understanding Analytical skills and knowledge of MS Office Tools Curious and proactive mindset Teamwork approach Languages.
