Please, check out our Recruitment Policy   The role    The Junior Controller, in collaboration with the Controller, ensures effective financial and management accounting throughout the organization.
They contribute to maximizing returns on financial assets and business activities by developing and enhancing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting and information management systems.
About the team    The Controlling team is part of the Finance Department.
It is a skilled and dynamic team responsible for budget monitoring, internal and external reporting, and providing in-depth financial analysis to support the Centre’s decision-making   Whom would we like to hire?   Professional experience    Must Have Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent, obtained in the last three years  E xperience in a Finance role, preferably in Auditing, Controlling or Budgeting offices   Solid skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.) Advanced level of English, Spanish and Catalan, spoken and written        Desirable but not required/ Nice to have Other experiences in Controller department will be valued (internship as well)  Experience with ERP Systems         Education and training Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent       Languages You must be fluent in Spanish and/or Catalan and English      Technical skills Numerical and Analytical skills You have knowledge of using new AI tools  You have knowledge of Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.) and MS Office  Experience with ERP Systems (will be valued)        Competences    You are detail oriented  You have excellent written and verbal communication skills  You have a passion for Finance topics   You are highly motivated and eager to lear n You are deadline oriented     The Offer – Working Conditions  Contract d uration.
