The Role Join Imperial Brands as a Commercial Operations Executive! Be part of an inclusive and dynamic organization! Are you ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role that will propel your career forward? We are seeking a Commercial Operations Executive to join our vibrant team in Madrid.
This developmental position reports to the Global Commercial Manager (Europe & Overseas Territories) and offers a unique opportunity to support commercial operations across Europe’s bustling markets, developing business plans, and executing pricing and portfolio strategies.
The executive will maintain relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring compliance with contracts and efficient supply chain management.
Principle Accountabilities Strategic Market Management.
raft annual Business/Operational plans, and contribute to cross-category regional strategies.
Market Execution Excellence.
Drive market growth, lead portfolio developments, and ensure timely pricing and budget oversight.
Sales & Customer Service Savvy.
Build strong relationships with customers, manage end-to-end supply chain stakeholders, and maintain up-to-date pricing and portfolio information.
Continuously evaluate market opportunities and develop comprehensive plans to capitalise on them.
Drive growth across the footprint and portfolio.
Responsible for monthly forecast management and alignment with customers.
Develop and maintain successful business relationships with existing and new Distributors cross-category to support Commercial Operations.  Skills and Experience FMCG experience.
Fluency in English is a must.
Fluency in Spanish is desirable.  Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel.
Strong communication skills and adaptability.
