Schindler is looking for a passionate and experienced Analyst to join our Global Reporting Solutions (GRS) team within Global this role youll collaborate closely with Schindler IT to empower our finance and field operations colleagues worldwide with powerful analytics business intelligence and reporting capabilities.
Become a Business Intelligence Rockstar Partner with business stakeholders to develop impactful reports and dashboards that drive data-driven decisions.
Lead and contribute to key digitalization and automation projects related to reporting budgeting and forecasting.
Collaborate on requirement engineering.
Uncover user needs translate them into clear functional requirements and ensure solutions meet user expectations.
Manage solution backlogs prioritizing features to ensure the tech team delivers maximum value with each release.
Foster a culture of data-driven decision making within a multinational environment.

Mobility needs you Are You a Perfect Fit 4 years of experience in requirement engineering and understanding of user needs.
Proven ability to communicate with business stakeholders and development team.
2 Experience in project management utilizing agile management tools like Jira SharePoint Confluence or similar solutions.
2 years of experience in various reporting analytics or data management projects.
Hands-on experience with a BI tool (e.
.
Power BI Qlik or Tableau) is a plus.
Bachelors degree in business administration finance engineering or a relevant field.
Experience in Supply Chain Management is a plus.
Experience working in a multinational environment is a plus.
Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management.
(Minimum demonstrated B2) Not translated in selected language Required Experience.
