Description We are seeking a JavaScript developer to build and maintain SDKs for tracking premium video streaming applications and improve the video delivery process for our customers.
In this role, you will work in the Core team, specifically for Video and Balancer teams.
Responsibilities Plugin development and maintenance for players and devices such as Smart TVs, web players, STBs, etc.
Develop new features and maintain our own applications.
Collaborate with the Customer Engineering and Operations teams to plan the different custom development project cycles and deliverables.
Handle exception reports to harden existing application features.
Set up unit tests for new and existing code.
Run automated tests.
Requirements At least +3 years of experience in JavaScript & TypeScript.
Experience consuming and developing against web services using REST, JSON, XML is a must.
CI knowledge is a plus! Knowledge and experience with dependency managers like NPM.
You have a technical mindset and love to make code usable, readable, and efficient.
Written and spoken English (intermediate level or above).
Knowledge of video player technologies is a plus.
Dedicated and used to tight deadlines.
