Role: Product Support EngineerLocation: Madrid SpainRole Type: PermanentMust be fluent Spanish SpeakerWe are seeking for a technical person oriented to operations management that could be part of one existing operations support team.This person has to be focused on the stability, scalability and traceability of all the aspects regarding the existing platform and applications ecosystem. Candidates would need to have some experience in similar roles, technical background is needed as the candidate will be interacting with the development teams to understand the technical aspects of future functionalities to be deployed in the platform.This person will take accountability, at the earliest stage, about the compliance of the operations requirements related to monitoring, alerts, scalability, traceability, etc. In addition, as part of the activities, this person will help also with some administrative activities related to change management, requests, etc. representing the operations in front of the product teams.Main skills are: Some technical experience (Java, Microservices, .NET, Angular)Experience in similar roles related to support and operationsGood knowledge on Dynatrace, this will be a very valuable parameterKnowledge of other technical tools (see section below)Ability to interact with 3rd parties and search a win-win scenarioRequired some technical capabilities or previous experience on: JavaXMLJSONSQL (Oracle and/or SQL Server)Any front-end technology as Angular, ReactUser-level knowledge on: SoapUIKibanaSplunkAtlassian tools (Confluence & JIRA)
