We're looking for enthusiastic individuals that have recently graduated in Computing Engineering or similar.
We started our graduate program 12 years ago, so we have lot of experience on adopting graduates and making them part of one of our 14 Scrum teams from day 1.
You will be able to develop your career here if you want to.
Some of those former trainees are now Scrum Masters or experienced developers.
Our goal is to build teams using Agile methodologies, for that we focus a lot on people, trying to find team players with a good mindset and willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on technology information.
That helps us to create a fully collaborative environment with everyone thinking about continuous improvement.
We all make the team better and better.
From day 1, you will be part of a development team.
That means that you will participate in all ceremonies during the development sprint as well as the team decision-making process.
We believe in 'learn by doing' working hand to hand with experienced and non-so experienced professionals in our teams.
Additionally, you will have access to our Corporate Digital Learning Platform with access to dozens of courses and technical books online.
We also do internal training like Test-driven Development, Spring and React courses.
The goal is to become more than just a full stack developer.
You will be able to get involved with automation testing for both backend and frontend as well.
Qualifications As a Java trainee you will.
Report to the Team Lead and you will be part of a Scrum development team in Barcelona, so you will not only learn about Scrum framework but also the values that makes a great team.
You will work with senior developers, so you'll learn a lot! Develop software (both backend and frontend) Interact with QA in the teams to make sure everybody understands what we have to deliver, and that all new functionality is covered with tests – In some teams you will do QA too.
What we're looking for Graduates with a Computer Engineering university degree (Bachelor or Master) We will also consider you if you're not a graduate but are looking for a career switch.
Java, React.
Oracle SQL, MySQL some basics of these.
You like writing good software and want to create good, clean quality code.
You are interested in an agile environment.
You are curious and motivated to learn.
You're a great team player.
English is essential as most of our communication takes place in English.
You're an EU citizen or have Spanish work permission.
